The roadshow forms part of the Emirates Group’s global recruitment drive to onboard 17,300 professionals across 350 roles during the current financial year. Both experienced and aspiring workshop technicians are invited to attend the Colombo session, where Emirates’ recruiters will outline details of the role, remuneration, benefits and life in Dubai. Jaber Mohamed, Emirates Country Manager for Sri Lanka and Maldives, said: “Dubai offers our engineers the chance to build meaningful, long-term careers while working on the world’s largest fleet of widebody aircraft within a truly international team environment. Spread over 1 million square metres, it is purpose-built to support Emirates’ aircraft fleet and operating requirements into the 2040s.
