Reportedly, a group of 71 expatriates from Oman, Dubai, and Qatar has returned to the island in this manner. They had arrived on 03 separate flights to the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA). In the group were 19 passengers from Oman, 36 from Dubai, and 17 from Qatar, Ada Derana airport correspondent said. The returnees have been subjected to PCR tests before being directed for mandatory quarantine.
