It is organized by volunteers of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Society, and presented by the Charitable Irish Society of Halifax. “I love St. Patrick’s Day so I thought I would try it and today is wonderful,” Drake said. The Halifax St. Patrick’s Day parade this year was held exactly a week before the actual day.
