A person is believed to have been stabbed in the Bay of Plenty town of Katikati this evening. A police spokesman said emergency services were called to a residential address on Hot Springs Rd at 7.05pm. At least one person was taken to hospital but their injuries are not known. Police were talking to people at the property last night but no one had been arrested. Further information was not immediately available.
