Angel Moises Rodriguez-Gomez, 36, is in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement because he is in the United States illegally. Angel Moises Rodriguez-Gomez, 36, was arrested and charged with burglary, assault, stalking and destruction of property after he burst into Hannah Viverette's apartment in Hagerstown, Maryland on November 22. Rodriguez-Gomez was subsequently released on bail, but was detained again on Thursday for immigration violations. Viverette shared the clip to social media where it has now been viewed more than five million times. She is now looking for another place to live, but is reported to be relieved Rodriguez-Gomez is now in ICE custody.
