Trailblazers Terry Laybourne of 21 Hospitality Group and Alex Nietosvuori of Michelin star Hjem - which, as previously reported, currently has a County Durham pop-up - will come together on May 20 to create a special tasting menu. Their friendship has flourished since and Terry says: "When Alex and I first met we clicked right away. I realised immediately that I’d found something of a soul mate - he’s not just a great chef but a fellow enthusiast, a student of great cooking, great produce and great restaurants."
