Of the 57 offensive tackles that played at least 50% of the snaps in 2019, Bulaga ranked 17th in pass-blocking efficiency. PFF also ranked Bulaga 15th among all tackles in football in overall performance. If Bulaga leaves, the Packers could slide Turner to right tackle and insert top reserve Lucas Patrick at right guard.
