Midfielder Sam Clucas has another year to run on his contract at the bet365 Stadium. But it has now been reported that the Potters are attempting to move Clucas on and will waive any potential transfer fee. Clucas made 26 appearances last season as City finished 14th in the table. Michael O'Neill's side finished 17 points adrift of the play-offs and finished 17 points clear of the dropzone. Stoke chief executive Tony Scholes recently spoke about the club's financial situation, admitting: "It’s going to be a difficult summer."
