In the future, Google intends to remove the standalone Street View app from app stores. Google’s Street View app is currently available on both iOS and Android. This software allows users to view locations on Google Maps using Street View. Furthermore, people can contribute 360-degree imagery, dubbed “photo spheres” by Google, to help improve Street View. Users can currently use the Street View function in the main Google Maps app.
