Inspired by Ginny's determination to walk again after being left partially paralysed from the stroke, Thompson set about designing a wheelchair that could help his wife and other wheelchair users, as well as their caregivers. When Peter Thompson's late wife Ginny had a stroke eight years ago, he was determined to help her enjoy the outdoors.
