Tributes have been paid to a young woman who died with her pal in a horrific road accident in Co Meath. Amy English (21) and Conor McColgan (23) were in a car travelling from Slane to Navan when it collided with a truck travelling in the opposite direction on the N51. Ms English's friend Helen Yuen told the Herald how her sudden death had sent shockwaves throughout the local community. "Amy started her role with us in 2016 at our reception desk and loved dealing with the clients on a daily basis. Amy was a member of our senior women's squad and was a popular, enthusiastic and talented member of the team."
