A serial killer who murdered five women in Suffolk in 2006 has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of murdering a teenager who went missing on her way home from a nightclub nearly 22 years ago. They announced that a man had been arrested on Wednesday morning on suspicion of murder. Victoria Hall went missing on her way home from a Felixstowe nightclub in September 1999. In 1999, Wright had been living in the area where Hall went missing, the Telegraph reports. Hall, from Trimley St Mary, went missing after a night out with a friend at the Bandbox nightclub in Felixstowe on 18 September 1999.
