MIAMI — It was the kind of game that had to make the Toronto Raptors nervous should their first-round playoff opponents turn out to be the Miami Heat. The way the Eastern Conference is trending now, the Raptors could end up starting on the road. That would mean a top-four seeding and based on what the Heat did to them and the way the Raptors’ offence is struggling to score, that may be tough to achieve. In the first quarter the Heat shot 63 per cent from the field and made 6 of 10 from behind the arc. The Raptors spent the first half getting pushed around as the Heat went anywhere they wanted.
