The study shows that enterprises which had lower capital during the pre-Covid period were less likely to operate their business with full capacity after the end of the lockdown. Similarly, after the economy re-opened, the poorer enterprises experienced a 49% drop while the rate was 25% in the richest enterprises. More to follow….
