Two businesses will be moving into the remaining units at the site of the former Poundland store in Maidenhead town centre. The project has included reconfiguring the building to create three separate retail units. The card shop will soon be joined by Japanese sushi restaurant IRO Sushi. Guy Thomas of Sorbon Estates, said: “The transformation of this building demonstrates our continued investment in Maidenhead town centre and our commitment to creating spaces that attract a vibrant mix of occupiers. “We’re delighted to welcome IRO Sushi and Ginco to the town and see Card Factory settling into their new home.”
