Charges have been laid in connection with a carjacking that left at least one person hurt and several people pepper-sprayed in downtown Vancouver last Friday. He was arrested after at least one pedestrian was hit by a stolen vehicle at the intersection of Hamilton and West Georgia streets. The car struck several parked vehicles on Hamilton Street shortly afterwards. One person was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries after a carjacking in downtown Vancouver on Friday morning.
