On Monday, Terry announced his decision to leave his post as Dean Smith’s right-hand man at Aston Villa in order to pursue his own managerial ambitions. However, The Athletic report there it is currently a two-horse race for the Swansea job – between Russell Martin and Terry’s former Chelsea teammate Morris. The report claims Morris has already held talks with the Championship club.
