Emma Knyckare first suggested the concept on Twitter in July in response to reported sexual offences at the Bråvalla festival in Norrköping. Now, the event has been given a title, "Statement Festival". Statement Festival. Statement Festival vill skapa en trygg och säker plats där kvinnor, transpersoner och icke-binära ska slippa sexuellt våld och trakasserier.
