Thi Thi Win’s body was found in thick weeds in Ban Nong Keung Fa, Mae Sot district, on Sunday. She’d been missing since October 19. Relatives said she’d left home in Tak last Thursday morning to renew her visa at the local immigration office and didn’t return. They posted alerts on social media, only to learn that she’d been found dead. The family has urged police to find the culprit quickly.
