TTC service has resumed at Jane Station on Line 2 after an external power outage. The transit agency says the station lost power due to a problem with an underground cable on Monday morning. The problem caused subway trains to run 20 minutes late along the line, and buses were rerouted to Runnymede Station during the morning rush. Crews from Toronto Hydro working on the outage called it a "general equipment breakdown."
