Fox News contributor Tulsi Gabbard shredded President Joe Biden for his terrible showing on the 22nd anniversary of the horrific attacks on America on September 11th, 2001. Biden delivered remarks from the tarmac in Alaska —the firs President to not visit one of the memorial sites on the anniversary. Watch clip above.
