’Tosin OluwalowoNigeria’s top two table tennis players Quadri Aruna and Olajide Omotayo will participate in the first ITTF World Tour for 2020 – German Open, which starts on Tuesday (today). Joining Aruna and Omotayo are Egypt’s Omar Assar, his bother Khalid, Ahmed Saleh, Mohamed Shouman, Karim Elhakem and Mahmoud Helmy. Both Aruna and Omotayo drew bye in the Preliminary Round 1 matches, which starts today. They will however return to action in the Preliminary Round 2 matches later in the evening. Omotayo will play against Korea’s Seunguin Cho, while Aruna’s opponent would be determined after the Round 1 matches.
