Light to moderate with at times heavy rains could trigger flooding or landslides in these areas. PAGASA warned residents in these areas, especially those living near river channels, and low-lying and mountainous areas, to take extra precaution. PAGASA warned fisherfolk from setting sail into these coastlines due to rough seas that will be dangerous for small sea crafts.
