While I have savoured briyani a few times, none have left an impression like the one served at Table Talk in Dorset Hartamas Kuala Lumpur. This Ramadan the restaurant offers briyani, with chicken, beef and lamb option. Diners are served kuih seri muka and kuih lapis alongside a fruit cocktail as appetiser. The chicken briyani is filled with flavour and the chicken is juicy and succulent.
