THE joint Security Task Force set up by the Ondo state government on Wednesday, arrested seven suspected kidnappers around Emure Ile in Owo Local Government Area of the state. According to the PPRO, six of the suspect were arrested in the early hour of Wednesday while their informant who was said to be monitoring the activities of the task force was also arrested. He said the informant who was later apprehended by the task force while trying to get across to the other suspects was arrested with more than 12 locally made guns. Joseph said ” at about 03:00hr today, 16/1/2019, the Joint Task Force codenamed “operation crime free” acting on a tip-off, arrested six suspected kidnappers at Emure junction via Owo where they gathered together in a suspicious manner. “They also have some food items and pieces of clothing and items suspected to be charmed.
