Teacher in coma in China after migraine jabs facing £1,650-a-day medical costs

Emma Francis and Adrian Casey from Bridgnorth, Shropshire, moved to China two years ago, taking jobs as teachers. The medical bill currently stands at £70,000 - and is rapidly spiralling as Emma approaches her fourth month in a coma. (Image: BPM MEDIA)Now Adrian Casey, in Shanghai with stricken Emma, has launched an online campaign to meet the massive medical costs. The situation has been hampered by the Chinese authorities’ drive to ensure no medical blame is attached to them, Adrian claims. "Anything you can do to help URGENTLY would be massively appreciated.”Friends of the stricken ex-pat have launched a Facebook site “Help Emma recover from her coma”.
