Jeremy Masila during his seventh birthday. The birthday video, released by his family, captures Jeremy Masila being full of life and nodding plafully as his grandmother prayed for him to be a “prominent person in society”. His grandmother, Shally Masila is seen in the video praying for him to live for 100 years and become a prominent person in the society. Also present in the video is Jeremy’s elder sister Shally Masila, named after her grandmother and their uncle Lee Masila. Justice Dora Chepkwony also issued summons against school bursar Venant Mwasaru, driver Valdi Mbadi, mechanic Abednego Mwendwa and bus conductor Charo Kazungu.
