A teenager, Alade Mujeed, was on Monday arraigned in an Ile-Ife Magistrates’ Court in Osun for allegedly stealing an Infinix Hot5 mobile phone worth N35,000 in an examination hall. The Prosecutor, Insp Sunday Osanyintuyi, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on Sept. 13 at about 12:00 p.m. at Oduduwa College Examination Hall, Ile-Ife. Osanyintuyi said that the defendant entered the examination hall with the intent to commit a felony therein. The Defence Counsel, Mr Kehinde Adegbite, prayed the court to grant bail to his client in the most liberal terms. The Magistrate, Joseph Owolawi, granted bail to the defendant in the sum of N100,000 with one surety in like sum.
