Whether DoT asks the telcos to surrender it and whether or not they do or decide to challenge it in court remains to be seen. As a result DoT has till today kept that reserved for Aircel (since the matter is subjudice) without auctioning, it is visible in my chart. This year thankfully that spectrum is expiring and will be put up for sale.
