The Italian tennis federation declined comment, saying the ATP organized the draw ceremony. Top qualifier Alexander Zverev withdrew to focus on the main ATP finals next week in London. Group B features Khachanov, Borna Coric, Jared Donaldson and Daniil Medvedev.
