A golden tree snake tussled with a gecko outside a house in Thailand and was filmed swallowing the gecko whole in gruesome footage. The tree snake fought the gecko outside Wisansiri Monklang's house in Nakhon Ratchasima, north eastern Thailand before eating the entire reptile. Wisansiri was leaving his house when he saw the wild snake eating the lizard on his porch and decided to film the astonishing moment. The snake takes almost four minutes to swallow the gecko and even then it can still be seen inside the reptile's mouth. Wisansiri filmed the rarely seen moment that a snake began digesting a gecko on June 6 and later posted it online.
