The ceasefire was holding, Thai Ministry of Defense spokesperson Surasant Kongsiri said about two hours after it went into effect at noon. Cambodian Minister of Defense Tea Seiha, left, shakes hands with his Thai couterpart, Nattaphon Narkphanit, at the General Border Committee Meeting in Chanthaburi Province, Thailand, yesterday.
