The show tried to hit all the beats it could in just 42 minutes, including a flashback that included probably the single best Green Arrow fight scene in the show’s history. That was a “Green Arrow and the Canaries” episode where Laurel and Dinah end up in the future fighting crime alongside Mia. We know that the CW’s Greg Berlanti is developing a Green Lantern series for HBO Max. And yet I would also not rule out the Green Lantern show being disconnected from all this and doing a typical Hal Jordan origin. During Crisis, we saw a glimpse of the Green Lantern Corps, but on another, parallel earth.
