And at the IBC broadcasting show in Amsterdam this week, the team revealed it may have the solution for spoiler-free streaming. The result is that live streaming viewers will see the action at the same time as if they were watching on conventional television. However, the BBC says the system is only an experiment and industry cooperation will be required to take it to the masses. But perhaps by the time they’re watching the next World Cup, viewers will be cheering at the same time, regardless of how they’re watching the match.”
