Credit: CapcomFollowing the success of other retro micro-consoles, it seems that Capcom now wants in on the action and has announced the Capcom Home Arcade to be released this October. While things like the NES and SNES Classic Editions were micro-consoles for classic home consoles, this new Capcom Home Arcade follows the same approach as the Neo Geo Mini, as it has more of an arcade focus. Admittedly, the Neo Geo Mini included a screen of its own but this Capcom Home Arcade system is more about recreating the arcade setup more holistically. The Capcom Home Arcade will include sixteen games from the Capcom CPS1 and CPS2 era of arcade games. Talking of price-point, the Capcom Home Arcade will cost €229.99 (or around $260) and can be pre-ordered from the system’s official site.
