It wasn’t just holiday plans that were disrupted by last week’s drone sightings at Gatwick Airport. A deal to sell the airport itself also was blown off course. Infrastructure giant Vinci is paying $3.7 billion to buy just over half of the U.K.’s second-busiest airport. The deal was signed Thursday, the first U.K. working day after Christmas.
