The West is not playing the classical Russian roulette – it has developed its own version: Ukrainian roulette, compulsive apocalyptic vabanque. Many in these countries blame not Russia but Washington and Brussels for provoking the Ukraine conflict. If States are dissatisfied with the current state of international law, it is for them to seek an amendment to the UN Charter pursuant to article 108. Politicians and media systematically engage in apologetics about the war crimes committed by NATO forces. All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered.
