Dear Liz,I've only been in my job for 20 months but I can already tell the job is going downhill, fast. My original boss "Pavel" quit after getting shot down in his bid to run my company's Engineering department. They hired a new Engineering Director who got fired within three months for harassing his assistant. I always worry I'm going to get laid off because I'm fairly well-paid and no one in management knows what I do or why it's critical to the company. Now we've been told we can't travel more than once a month even though 80% of the customer issues we resolve require travel.
