However, in 2013 upon implementation of the K-12 curriculum, GMRC was removed (Google, July 22, 2020). (2) "In the 2002 Basic Education Curriculum, GMRC and CE were no longer included as learning areas but were integrated in all learning areas." The return of GMRC and VE on June 25, 2020 through RA 11476 or the GMRC and VE Act institutionalized a comprehensive GMRC/VE program in the K-12 curriculum. There are "no laws that are sanctions for bad manners," unless one's behavior is such that it transgresses a law.
