What started as a 7pm 'clap for the compulsory' has become a nightly lockdown concert for a Taranaki neighbourhood. Every night, Lisa Rangi sings at the top of her lungs from the top of her driveway to her New Plymouth street - and those surrounding. So she started singing and her first choice was the national anthem - not only because it's something everyone knows, but because she loves it.
