For so many years, things were oh, so easy, for LeRoy Butler’s Green Bay Packers. Green Bay went to the playoffs eight straight seasons between 2009-’16. And Green Bay missed the postseason a year ago and is now in the midst of retooling. In Sherman’s first season, Green Bay went 9-7 and missed the playoffs for a second straight year. And even though that team missed the playoffs, Green Bay went 44-20 from 2001-’04 and reached the postseason each of those years.
