The H you say? EDITORIAL: So should we all start biting our lower lips to form the word Whakatipu? The recent establishment of the Whakatipu Wildlife Trust gives some impetus to the suggestion that a corrective "h" be added more widely, and in time more completely, to the spelling and pronunciation of the lake and basin. Many will say whether or not it's been a case of getting te reo wrong, the name Wakatipu is simply too well established by now. Discuss among yourselves, by all means, but this isn't a debate that requires or rewards, ny artificial sense of het-up urgency.
