Start-up business incubator The Icehouse has named Gavin Lennox as group chief executive. SUPPLIED Gavin Lennox, new chief executive at The Icehouse. At Invenco staff numbers doubled during his four years as chief executive, and revenue quadrupled to over $100 million. He will take up the chief executive position from February 3. “I’m looking forward to using my experience scaling and mentoring companies to build on the incredible platform The Icehouse offers, and to continue to grow New Zealand businesses and attract sustained investment.”Until Lennox begins as chief executive, current chief executive Andy Hamilton will remain in place.
