BEIRA, Mozambique — The Latest on southern Africa cyclone (all times local):6:15 p.m. The head of the United Nations World Food Program says many survivors of the cyclone in central Mozambique will need help for at least the next six to 12 months to get back on their feet. Authorities in Mozambique say five cases of cholera have been confirmed in the cyclone-hit city of Beira. They are the first confirmed cholera cases announced there since the storm hit on March 14. Cholera is a major concern for the hundreds of thousands of cyclone survivors now living without clean water and sanitation.
