___MOSCOW -- Tajikistan has reported its first 15 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus. Until now, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan were the only ex-Soviet countries in Central Asia that hadn’t reported a single case. The announcement Thursday comes before the arrival of a World Health Organization group to assess Tajikistan’s preparedness for the outbreak.
