LeCarus Oliver, a Mississippi Bureau of Investigations officer, testified Friday during a preliminary hearing for 46-year-old Rodney Earl Sanders of Kosciusko. Sanders is charged with capital murder in the slayings of Sisters Margaret Held and Paula Merrill.
