The official Iranian news agency IRNA says Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif spoke in Islamabad, where he held talks Friday with top Pakistani officials. Mohammad Javad Zarif was holding talks on Friday with his Pakistani counterpart, Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
