Place your hands shoulder-distance apart on two blocks that are securely set on the edge of a yoga mat. Keeping your arms straight and shoulders stacked above wrists, come into Upward-Facing Dog pose by placing the tops of your feet on a pillowcase that’s resting directly on the floor.
