But that’s the position Chicago Federal Reserve Bank PresidentCharles Evans found himself in on Monday at Credit Suisse’s annual Asian Investment Conference in Hong Kong. Mr. Evans’s fellow panelists were only too keen to discuss their latest Fed theories as he sat with them on stage.
