Omega is the rare talent whose storytelling, versatility, look, and in-ring ability are all top shelf. If the WWE offer is real, and it is as lucrative as suggested, it may be difficult for Omega to turn down. With this dynamic, if Omega were to sign with AEW, it would further legitimize the promotion. However, inking Omega with the WWE in hot pursuit would make a statement that is difficult to quantify. Omega to AEW would also stoke the flames of an AEW vs. WWE war, and it would put the promotions in competition for all of the top talents around the world.
